How to Cope with Corona Virus?

We are experiencing a difficult time . It is surprising how something microscopic is able to dismantle global economies and societies. As Human beings , we think we can control everything, and this outbrake is a clear example that we can not.

Today when I went to do thr grocery store , I observed how people there was feeling.  Fear, uncertainty, bewilderment and rampant due to this pandemic. Maybe you are one of those people struggling with these feelings. If so, case ,I will give you some tips on how to cop with this situation the best way possible.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES WITH CORONA VIRUS

First and foremost, take some preventative measures to protect yourself .

Was your hands consciously with warm water and soap for a few minutes. Keep a safe distance when you talk to others, avoid hugging ( I know we love to do this with the people we love ), kissing, holding hands. Cover your mouth if you cough, and the most important thing, use your intuition.

HOW TO GET RID OF THE FEAR

Feeling fear doesn’t avoid you from getting the CoronaVirus. On the contrary, when you feel deep fear about something, you are producing neurobiochemical components in your brain. Those chemicals increase cortisol (stress hormone), decreasing the function of your immune system, which means you might have a higher chance of getting any illness including the CoronaVirus .

SOME TIPS TO BE CALM IN THESE CIRCUNSTANCES

In the Japanese culture they say that where is a crisis , there new opportunities arises. Everything happens for a reason, no matter how negative the situation appears to be.

* Being positive and optimistic regardless of the situation, helps to get everything we desire, supports the body from disease and keeps us healthy. Plus with a good attitude, you have a higher chance of healing yourself mentally and physically.

*We are living in a stressful times without being in the present or enjoying life. Learn to stop, enjoying the present moment , appreciate your surroundings using all your senses.

*We know with the emergency that we need to be at home. Use this as an opportunity to reflect and shift something deep inside of you. Maybe is time to do an emotional session led by a professional psychology (virtualy), to give you the tools you need to improve yourself , so you can live your best life. When a person is in a balance, they know how to keep calm, and enjoying their own company. Take this time to reflect about what’s best for you.

*I recommend you create a list of a life goals. We are here to guide you toward reaching and fulfilling them.

*Sometimes, work and other obligations keep us busy and distracted from what is really important during our lives. Maybe is time to focus on your family, or with the people you really love , ( if not in person then virtually ). Spend time with them being present and engaged .

LIVE YOUR LIFE IN BALANCE

According to Sufism, being in balance is being in alignment with what you think, say and behave. Take a moment to meditate, and reflect to see if you are in balance. Ask yourself , if this the life you really want ,what changes would your make in order to live life as your authentic self, your real YOU. SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION

One of the more common issues in my clinic, and discouraging physical and mental problems that a person can have is Sexual Dysfunction (erectile dysfunction or vaginismus) . This problems has a solution.

We can find Sexual Dysfunction in men and women. This is a problem that causes anxiety, low self steam, insecurity, unbalance in the person’s life. A balanced sexual life is important , no matter if you have a couple or you are single. When a person has this problem, tries to avoid any kind of sexual relationship due to his \ her insecurities , fears and anticipation anxiety.

 

WOMEN SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION

When a woman is having this problem, she is not able to practice sex or could have sex but with full of pain. This could happened due to many aspects : a bad sexual experience in the past, insecurities, fears, or just her emotional program from her past which subconsciously is in alert.

 

MEN SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION (ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION )

There are two kinds of sexual dysfunction :

1 –  Premature Ejaculation: not able to maintain the erection and to ejaculate too soon.

2 – Having problems with a good erection: Not be able to achieve an erection while still feeling sexual desire

Both of the sexual dysfunction , are psychological frustrating causing insecurities , low self steam, frustration , dissatisfaction, fears etc. As well as,  can strain a relationship with even the most understanding partner.

All of this has a solution . First thing to do is to go to the Urologist and after some tests in ( hardening of the arteries, blood pressure and levels of cholesterol, diabetes etc) if organically is everything fine, then, next step will be to go to a mental health professional (Psychologist) specialist in Sexual Dysfunction . One of the best and efficient techniques is Clinical hypnosis. This is a tool that helps in therapy to find the root of the problem and to get the solution. Many people with Ejaculation Dysfunction where healed with very positive results in our clinic, using hypnosis to help to get and maintain a good erection.

 

WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR MIND WHEN YOU ARE HAVING SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION :

The emotional brain works different that the rational brain. When a man is struggling to get and maintain a good erection, rational speaking he could say to himself : «Everything is going to be right this time» although the thought is negative. His emotional hemisphere is in Alert. Something similar happens with the Anxiety .

When our emotional brain is in alert , we react like a deer in front of a lion. All our nervous system prepares our body for running away, stay still or fight in order to survive. Does not matter what we can tell ourselves at that moment, that our body will react protecting itself in order not to be «eating» by the lion. If your emotional brain is in alert, is not possible to maintain a good erection or to ejaculate easy , taking your time. Think, if you would have a lion in front of you when you are trying to make love Could you be easy speaking about sex?

 

An emotional program with a sexologist or psychologist (specialist in sexual dysfunction) will help you to finish with this problem, giving your emotional brain the safety and security that it needs to be in balance, well-being and to have a great and satisfaction sex.

 

Remember that you are the most important in your life. When you work in yourself, you empower yourself, living in an harmony and peaceful state.
